As a huge Boston sports fan and someone who enjoys volunteering at and attending charity events, I'm always bummed out when I hear about an event the night it's happening or the morning after.  Had I known about the event earlier, I might have bought a ticket or looked into volunteering.  Once this website is fully functioning, people like me will easily be able to keep track of upcoming charity events involving past and present New England athletes.  Hosts and anyone who is aware of an upcoming event will also be able to submit events directly through the calendar or by emailing me the information.
